These terms apply when a business ("you") uses StockShift, a service provided by INFI-TECH LTD, Lilongwe, Malawi ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
1.Your account
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details secure.
- The account owner can manage billing, roles and ownership of the business account.
2.Trials, plans and payment
- New businesses start with a free trial. When it ends, you choose a paid plan to keep adding and changing records.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A plan change takes effect once its invoice is paid and confirmed by the payment provider or by us.
- If a payment is overdue, you can keep selling and reading your records during a grace period; adding locations, users or products may be paused until the invoice is paid.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.
3.Your data
The business records you enter belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time, including after a subscription ends while your account is read-only.
4.Acceptable use
- Do not use StockShift for unlawful trade, to store data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access another business's data.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe its security without written permission, or resell it without agreement.
5.Availability and support
We work to keep StockShift available and to fix problems promptly, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The mobile app's offline mode lets you keep recording sales during connectivity interruptions.
6.Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7.Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, after notice where possible.
